Holiday Notice Board is the web site for people seeking or offering self catering holidays in villas, apartments, farms, cottages, caravans and for camping. The site was inroduced in 2002 and now has many search engine top ten placings. Initially the site had a number of area specific property listings; the noticeboards.
These have been developed to use much more flexible search criteria which help guide you towards your choice of privately owned holiday lettings in England, Scotland, Wales, France, Spain and beyond.

Approx 200 words of descriptive text plus your email and phone number. It's also a must to display photos of your property.
Naturally some people want to promote there property more positively and we now also offer enhanced listings with more photos and a link to your own non commercial website
In this context websites are considered to be commercial if they advertise or link to other sites which advertise more than five vacation rentals. Only one property per free entry.

Standard entries are free on Holiday Notice Board for Up to 12 months (depending on demand) each time. When it expires if your requirement is still current just place it again for a further free period.

Only one free ad will be displayed for each advertiser.
You can update or correct your ad at any time or add a new one.
If necessary ask us to delete your previous entry.
This feature is extremely useful for advertising last minute vacancies making special offers or readvertising your holiday let in case of cancellation.
Chargeable entries they will display at the top of the list for longer than standard notices and should be renewed after six months to maintain this enhanced listing.
The site is primarily for owners looking to advertise direct to those seeking a holiday.
However when you are looking for your holiday note that some owners may use agencies websites which may be commision based.
Some of these holidays may still be great value but choose carefully we cannot guarantee the quality of services offered by advertisers.
When you buy a holiday your contract is with the advertiser not with this service.
This site includes holiday accommodation from England, Scotland, Wales, Turkey, France, (Normandy, Brittany and the South) Spanish Costas, Balearics, Florida (Kissimmee and Disneyland), Portugal, Cyprus, Greece and various locations worldwide.
You will also find one or two in the pacific islands and South Africa as well as a section for Adventure holidays.
The website is currently being redesigned, the owners page will be replaced with a fuller listing which has more photos and other features available to it.
