A 2 bedroom apartment within the popular Casa Brava (meaning Best House) Apartment complex offering high quality accommodation in an ideal location, perfect for your holiday in Sunny Beach. The complex is situated at the west end of Sunny Beach resort and offers the convenience of being very close to the many shops, bars and restaurants, whilst also providing a peaceful retreat for a relaxing vacation. This apartment (circled in red) offers a prime location within the complex, overlooking the attractive water feature and offering a pool view.
SLEEPING:
The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6. It has 2 bedrooms:1 double and 1 twin, both fully furnished. There is a double sofa bed in the living area. The apartment does not have a cot, but guests are welcome to bring their own travel cot.
GENERAL:
The apartment offers a comfortable living area with a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and 6 chairs. From the living area, a door opens onto a furnished balcony. The apartment has a tiled shower room (no bath). Bed linen and towels are provided.
EATING/LIVING:
There is a fully equipped kitchenette with all crockery, glassware etc. All equipment you may require to have a pleasant stay is provided: oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker, together with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The apartment is air conditioned.
The apartment has cable TV with international channels.

GENERAL:
The complex consists of 5 separate blocks, each with 5 storeys, the total number of apartments being 94. This apartment, circled in red on the photographs, is on the 1st floor. It boasts a prime spot within the Casa Brava complex; not directly overlooking the pool, but with a pool view. Instead the apartment looks out onto a lovely water feature of cascade and babbling brook. The grounds are well planted and offer several areas for relaxing.
ON SITE:
The complex has an attractively shaped shared swimming pool with childrens’ section, sunbeds, shades and poolside bar. There is a children’s playground and use of a fitness room. There is security at the complex entrance and CCTV monitoring. Car parking space is available.
(In Sunny Beach, complexes do not provide guests with entertainment: Instead, guests use the many bars, restaurants and clubs in the resort and then retreat to their quiter accommodation.)
APPROXIMATELY 5 MINUTES AWAY:
Sunny Beach, on Bulgaria’s beautiful Black Sea coast, offers a wide semi-circular bay; over 8 km long of fine golden sand. It boasts approx. 1,700 hours of sunshine from May to October and an average daily temperature in summer of 27°C. This fine beach resort was awarded the prestigious Blue Flag International prize for proven ecological advantages. The waters of the Black Sea are calm and without strong tides, making them ideal for children.
Sunny Beach has more than 140 catering establishments: restaurants, taverns, live music bars, night clubs, casino, discos and cafes.
There are market stalls and many shops on the promenade and many supermarkets in the resort. Mini-trains travel at regular intervals from one end of the promenade to the other, with numerous stop off/pick up points. Police station, bank and pharmacy are all nearby.
The resort offers all that a water sports fan could wish for – whether beginner or advanced : surfing, water skis and parachutes, hand-gliding and sailing, yachts, rowing, banana and paddle boats. There are also scooters, tennis courts, beach volleyball, play grounds, mini-golf, skittle alleys, bowling, and sports halls. A genuine children's paradise, it offers plenty of fun and games, children pools, slides, carting, water slide, inflatable trampoline, sport schools.
