Ayia Napa - A large studio apartment in Ayia Napa, ideal for a lively holiday but far enough from bars/clubs for a quiet night or days' sleep, and approximately 10 minute stroll to the beaches. Ayia Napa, speaks for itself - Nissi Beach and the Harbour & Beach are approximately 10 minute walk away. The property is a good space and has recently been fully refurbished to a good standard throughout, and is ideal for a long-term winter or summer vacation. The apartment was part of a larger complex with a good sized pool and pool area. The apartment also has a small launderette area, and there is another launderette just across the road in the Senator apartments.
There are many other complex's in the vicinity which have game rooms for bored children, but the apartment has the advantage of being in a quiet location. The apartment is fully air-conditioned for which there is no extra charge. We can also arrange airport transfers for only CYP 20.00 each way. Also car hire (if available) an Opal Astra with a/c from only Cyp 12.00 per day including insurance, providing you have a full driving licence, and are between the ages of 25 to 65.

Kapparis - A quiet one bedroom apartment with shared pool, close to beach, bars and restaurants, ideal for couples of all ages wanting a holiday without all the flashing neon lights. The apartment is approximatley a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. The local bus service stop is approxmately 6-7 minutes walk, where for 80 cents you can go to Paramlimni, Protaras or Ayia Napa. Kapparis is between Protaras which has a busy and varied nightlife, and Paralimni which is much quieter and is more of a typical Cypriot town. The apartment benefits from air-conditioning throughout and ceiling fans so is cool during the hot summer months. We also have a large travel cot for your baby and dvd cartoons for the kids and a baby monitor. The apartment is on the ground floor with a good sized terrace, ideal for sun bathing and/or eating al-fresco. We can also arrange airport transfers for only CYP 20.00 each way.
