A slightly wild, very romantic, spacious villa with gardens to the beach.
The house can comfortably accommodate eight people in three double bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the large living room.
All the bedrooms open on to a verander and the master bedroom and second bedroom have panoramic sea views. The third bedroom faces the river.
Dining/ living area are open plan and airy.
Outside a river with frogs and flowers runs through the garden, which ends right on the beach. There is also pergola in the garden with table and chairs which is ideal for relaxing and barbeque's.
The garden is mostly laid to lawn, and mature willows line the edge of the river. Fish, frogs, moorhens and even otters have been spotted in the river.
The owner keeps a couple of canoes and on calm days has paddled out down the river into the sea and across the bay to Nafplio.
The gardens end on the secluded beach, where the water is clear and clean.
