L' Antica Colonia is a charming 18th century villa in a superb location with breathtaking view on the Lake Orta, a small romantic lake in the northern part of Italy (Piedmont) close to the Lake Maggiore. The residence has just been renovated with special care of details between old and modern style. The residence is located in Crabbia, a small and quiet village at about 3.5 km. from Orta San Giulio and is the ideal point of departure of interesting trips into nature and culture at any time of the year.
The villa is structured on three floors with completely equipped apartments that enjoy a large panoramic view on the Lake Orta and the Isle San Giulio.
The large multifunctional hall of 75 sqm at the low floor is the ideal place for business meetings as well as private parties with family and friends renting the whole villa.
The residence offers five two-rooms apartments, a one-room apartment and a separate cottage. It welcomes a total of 14 guests.
