| The apartment is situated in Montefiascone on a hill with a glorious view of Bolsena Lake. The location is ideal for your visits to Rome (60 miles), Florence (100 miles), Orvieto (15 miles) and Siena (80 miles). There are two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms; one is a large double and the other one has a bunk bed. In the main kitchen lounge room there is also a double bed-settee. The kitchen is just like yours at home, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle etc. down to plastic food containers and flask for your picnics. Beddings, toweling, iron, hairdryer etc. are also supplied. We also have a DVD/divx player with few movies to watch for you or your kids. There’s a garden/patio with an outside fireplace for barbecues for your al fresco dining or simply enjoy a drink admiring the sunset over the lake.
