Some programs will remotely collect your login/password details simply as a result of you replying to an email or clicking on a link within one.

Pretty Cottage in the Heart of Normandy
The property is situated less than 2 miles from CLECY, the capital of the SUISSE NORMANDE region of Normandy. Set in a hamlet at the end of a quiet lane, the house is in 0.75 acres of wooded gardens. There are spectacular views of the valley and yet the property is only from half a mile from the direct route south from Caen with its ferry terminal of Ouistreham. Recreational and leisure facilities are excellent with sandy beaches only a 45 minute drive away. The gite called The Garden House was built about 10 years ago of local stone and is set in wooded garden with its own sun terrace and barbeque. It was totally refurbished last year and all equipment and furnishings are of the highest standard.

The ground floor provides :
. A large open-plan living area, with fully equipped corner kitchen and dining area

. a large bathroom with open shower unit.
The first floor has :

A utility room in the garage contains a washing machine and tumble drier.

MANY ACTIVITIES :
The Suisse Normande, with its hills, gorgesand rivers is popular with walkers, fishermen, climbers and canoeists alike. The property is also surrounded by miles of cycles tracks - safe and varius stages of difficulty ! So, bring those mountain bikes. This area exudes peace and tranquility, and the leisure and recreational facilities are second to none ! A large folder full of brochures in the gite gives you all the information you need to know.
Fishing, walking, canoeing, rock climbing, cycling, mountain biking, parapente, golf... are waiting for you.

There are just too numerous to mention individually but to name just a few :
. Caen - with its historic buildings and normandy landing beaches only a 45 mns drive away.
. Bayeux - with its famous tapestry - 45 minutes drive away.
. Falaise - birhplace of Guillaume the conqueror - again only half an hour by car.
. Clécy - Capital of the Suisse Normande with its delightful town square, numerous riverside restaurants and quaint bars and cafes - less than two miles down the road !
