Being located on the ground floor, the apartment is suitable for disabled visitors, with ramps provided where necessary. There are numerous golf courses located within no more than 15 mins drive. Other local activities available include: cycling, diving, fishing, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, picnics, sunbathing, kite flying, bowling, cinema and dining out. The cosmopolitan seafront & port of Torrevieja is only 3 miles away and a regular bus service is available from near the apartment. The town has over 200 restaurants and a daily craft fair. The nearby La Mata beach offers beautiful clean sands and crystal clear waters and offers many opportunities for those relaxing walks along the water's edge. The apartment is available all year round and the changeover day is negotiable. Arrival time is after 3pm, with a departure time of 11am. Towels and bedding are provided.
