The apartment has Three bedrooms one of which is double, one twin and a third with bunks.
There is a large through living area with TV / video / DVD and recently refurbished dining area leading onto the balcony. Aircon is installed in main living area and master bedroom. Bathroom has shower over bath, washbasin with mirror over, WC and bidet.
The apartment has a Recently refurbished kitchen.

Location
The apartment is close to local amenities and shops. It is about an hour and a half drive from Alicante airport along the A7.
The sea front of the Javea Arenal beach is only about 5 min. away from the apartment.
Enjoy a great selection of restaurants and bars many overlooking the Arenal beach.
The apartment is close to the L'Ancora Playa Bar which has a swimming pool.

Javea
The town of Javea is an interesting one with three separate areas.
There is Javea old town which is about half a mile inward from the coast.
Here you will find the biggest supermarkets in this area and many other shops and services. Walk down towards the coast and you arrive in the Javea port area. There is a fishing harbour and many small shops, bars and restaurants where you can sit outside and enjoy the warm evening air in summer. Rising up to the North of the port is summit of Montgo which separates Javea from the town of Denia which is only a mile or two along the coast. The road is flat in the other direction coming South and you can take a pleasant walk or ride along the Javea seafront back to the beautiful sandy Javea Arenal beach close to where the apartment is situated.
The apartment is a good centre for towns in the area you might like to visit such as Denia, Moraira, Benitachell and Teulada. For longer car trips you can visit larger towns like Benidorm for Terra Mitica, Alicante, or Valencia. The latter have good shopping centres, seafronts and other attractions.
A little inland and you come to Teulada a Spanish market town or the beautiful countryside around the village of Benitachel.
