The property is in the quiet residentail area of La Siesta a 10 min drive from Torrevieja town. Within easy walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and a small aqua park is close by suitable for toddlers and adults alike. Also close is a bar with a large swimming pool. 10min drive to beaches.

Torrevieja

The town of Torrevieja is a 30 min drive south of Alicante airport or a 30 min drive north of Murcia airport. La Siesta is situated between 2 natural salt lakes where you can take a pleasant walk or a relaxing mud bath or just watch the flamingoes. The blue flag beaches of Torrevieja are a short drive away as are 4 championship golf courses. There are many bars and restaurants in the local area of La Siesta, San Luis and El chaperal. There is a large Hypermarket in the area (5 min drive) which sells almost everything. The town itself has many bars and eateries along the promenade and also a daily market which is open beyond midnight. At the harbour there is a fair ground for the young ones and also a board walk which stretches about a mile into the sea. The small town of Guardamar is a short drive away and is worth a visit for it's beachside restaurants, nightly market and the lovely beach itself. If you take a 15 min drive south of La Siesta you will discover Villamartin which has a championship golf course and Villamartin Square with it's many bars and restaurants, worth a visit.
