With it’s own private pool and garden his villa has 3 bedrooms, two with twin beds and one double,. The villa has two bathrooms one with bath and shower the other with shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The lounge has dining facilities for 6 people, sofa’s T.V., video and CD midi system.

Our villa is set on a private estate with off street parking in a quiet residential area, yet is right in the heart of the resort town of Costa Teguise.
The airport of Arreceife is 20 minutes awayfrom the villa by car, all other amenities including the beach of La Cucharas are within four minutes walk.

The resort of Costa Teguise has many restaurants, bars and nightlife to suit everyones taste and pockets.
Lanzarote is one of the northern islands of the archipeligo of the Canaries and sits about 80 miles off the North African Coast.
Temperatures in the Summer can be between 30-35 degrees C and in the winter a modest 20.
Flights times from the U.K are approximately 4 hours. The island has some beautiful sandy beaches and bays which make for perfect watersports or just chilling out and watching the world go by.
There are also numerous places of interest including The Cactus Garden, the Fire Mountains, Green Caves and Jameos Del Agua with its enchanting atmosphere and tiny white crabs unique to the island of Lanzarote. There is also a waterpark which will appeal to all the family.
