This is a modern villa style house with an open plan design comprising very spacious accommodation for a family of up to six persons. The villa is in excellent decorative order throughout and has all modern facilities and is fully air conditioned / heated. The master bedroom has a second colour TV and also a cot.

The villa is in a very convenient location in the popular Indian Ridge development. It is a short 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and is very conveniently placed for all local attractions, shops, restaurants etc. Also available is the Indian Ridge Community swimming pool less than 5 minutes walk.

Outskirts of Kissimmee this location is favourite for Disneyland, Sea World, Universal Studios and other theme parks. There is a visitor information Center, convention center as well as lakes and other attractions.
A favourite for family holidays and a "must do holiday" for most children.

The pool is a 24ft by 15ft rectangle, 3ft deep at the shallow end and 6ft deep at it's deepest. It is fully screened in with patio furniture, including table and four chairs and two sun loungers (as seen in the photograph above). Also there is a mains fed gas barbecue and utensils provided.
Access to the pool is via a patio door from the living room or for those enjoying the comfort of the master bedroom via a door off the en-suite bathroom. Very convenient for those early morning or late night romantic dips.
