This comfortably furnished duplex apartment is on three levels. The fully equipped kitchen has a full sized cooker with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower over, washbasin, w.c. & bidet plus a shower room with w.c. and washbasin on the ground floor. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

Our duplex apartment is situated adjacent to Villamartin Golf Course.
The first floor sun terrace can be accessd from the first floor bedrooms and a flight of stairs leads to the solarium. There is a small garden with patio, barbeque and garden furniture.

Villamartin

The Villamartin Plaza, with numerous bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket (selling English newspapers) is a short walk from the duplex apartment.

There are two other golf courses (Campoamor (pictured) & Las Ramblas)within 5 min. drive and the well known resort of La Manga with its golf, tennis and other sporting facilities is less than an hour’s drive.

There are also a number of blue flag beaches within a short drive.

Torrevieja, a lively resort with a port is approximately a 15 minute drive away and provides entertainment for all the family day or night. There are local market to stroll around and many attractive historic towns such as Murcia, Elche and Cartagena to visit and enjoy. Benidorm is just over an hours drive to the North.

Alicante and Murcia airports are within easy reach of the property, hire cars can be booked in advance, or hired on arrival at the airport .
