This beautiful villa is ideal for a large family- set in a third of an acre, the grounds are totally flat and all south facing so is suitable for children and the elderley. Bright and confortably furnished the villa has an outside kitchen and dining area next to the large terrace and private swimming pool.

Javea is located just over an hours drive from Alicante airport. The villa is situated in the valley of the Montgo only 10 minutes walk from the traditional old town of Javea with the port and sandy 'Arenal' beach less than 5 minutes by car. Our villa is also within easy reach of all the Costa Blanca attractions.

Although Javea is cosmopolitan it is still Spanish without a high-rise package tour hotel in sight. Javea has it all :
sandy beaches, great restaurants and bars, authentic Spanish culture, a lovely old town, a bustling port - altogether a place you will want to return to year after year.

Javea has spectacular fiestas which continue throughout the summer months - a great attraction for all ages with fireworks, parades and street dancing. Within one hours drive of the villa you will find 5 excellent golf courses which are suitable for all handicaps. Also a choice of beaches for wind surfing, jet biking or sailing as well as warm seas, perfect for diving, snorkelling and water skiing.
There are are many attractions for all ages less than 30 minutes away including a Safari Park, 'Mundomar' an Animal Water Park, 'Aqualandia' a theme Swimming Park and 'Terra Mitica' a large Fun Park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.
