Spanish holiday villa with a cliffside frontline view of the Mediterranean panarama. Our holiday villa close to the Cap De La Nao lighthouse. The property spans 3 floors with sea and moutain views on each. The spacious kitchen and living area leads through french doors onto a dining balcony. There is an ensuite master bedroom with kingsize bed and two twin bedded rooms.

Location

The property has terraced patios to the sea and the mountains and faces south. There is plenty of hideaways for sunbathing on the various patios. Swimming and tennis facilities are within walking distance at La Pinos Leisure. On a clear day Ibiza can be seen ahead otherwise, jet skis and fishing and sailing boats form a picturesque view.

Javea

Our holiday villa is located at one of the main tourist attractions of Javea, Cap De La Nao lighthouse which is voted as a microclimate reserve with zero pollution by the World Health Organisation. Temperature through the year is a mean temperature of 22 degrees centigrade. The tennis courts and 30m x 10 m swimming pool are located in a local leisure complex within walking distance from our holiday villa. Purchase of a drink from the friendly owners approx. £1 allows entry. Excellent local food is provided. Excellent restaurants and various beaches are closeby ranging from the very sandy to stony beaches. This unique location is a retreat for those who seek to escape from the bustle of the city and yet yearn for the convenience of facilities of a town like Javea which is a beach resort suitable for all ages. There is plenty to see and do in the area and the position is suitable as a centre for visiting other picturesque beaches, towns and villages including Denia, Moraira, the port of Calpe with many fish restaurants, traditional Spanish towns like Alicante and Gata and just north of Ondara the Wild Life Park with its dolphinarium and free roaming ostritches is an entertaining day out for the family holiday.
