In the lounge there is a suite, gas fire and TV. This privately owned apartment is equipped and furnished to a high standard. The apartment has full central heating.

Location

Langford Villa is situated approxiamately 100 yards from the cliff top at the South end of Filey Crescent from which a path can be followed down to Filey beach.
We are within one mile from Filey town centre and adjacent to The Glen Gardens.
there is parking space for one car at the rear of the villa the ground floor of which comprises the apartment.

Filey

Filey is a small seaside town situated on the East Coast between Scarborough and Bridlington. The resort has elegant regency buildings six miles of sandy beaches with Filey Brigg to the North and Flamborough Head to the South.

Places to visit include the North York Moors Railway from Pickering to Grosmont. Dalby Forest, Castle Howard, Thornton Le Dale, Flamingo Land and the Historic City of York.



Filey has a Folk Museum and 12th century church, also Glenn Gardens which is an attractive park with boating lake. The annual Edwardian Festival takes place in June and Filey has weekly market.

Scarborough is only 6 miles away from Filey and has a colourful promenade, theatres and shopping.
To the South of Filey you can visit Bridlington and Flamborough.

Filey is a fishing village which has become popular for holidays and has plenty of facilities.
Filey offers beautiful walks along coastal paths like Wolds way which leads North from the Filey Brigg joining the Cleveland way which is about a 10 miles walk to Scarborough.
