Large one-bedroom apartment with lovely sea and mountain views which sleeps up to 6 people. There are twin beds in the bedroom and two double bed-settees in the lounge, suitable for couples or for families. There is satellite with English TV, also video and DVD. The balcony is glazed making a sun-lounge as an extra room. Also summer swimming pool and garden

Location

The apartment is located close to the centre of Roquetas de Mar, about 150 metres from the beach. It is near to the Sabinal hotel and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by, but not too close to make it noisy. It is about 30 minutes from Almeria airport and we can arrange transport if you require it. It is also close to the golf course in Roquetas.

Roquetas del Mar

Roquetas de Mar is situated about 20k from the city of Almeria. It combines a traditional Spanish fishing port with a modern seaside resort – the largest in Almeria province.

There are miles of wide sandy beaches, excellent restaurants and lively bars and shops. It has an 18-hole golf course at Playa Serena and there are also two other golf courses within a 20 minute drive of the resort. There are also excellent watersports available in the area.

Almeria offers the best climate in the whole of Spain, warm and dry throughout the year, with little rain and a large number of hours of sun a year. Temperatures reaching no lower than an average of 13º C in the winter and no higher than an average of 25º C in the summer. A perfect all year round climate.
