Situated 50 minutes from Alicante on the outskirts of Calpe with Benidorm only 20 miles away.
The house is on a South facing hillside with panoramic views of the coast, the Rock of Ifach and Calpe town.
The town and beaches are approx 2-3km. away and there is a free bus service down to town.

A lively resort which consists of 6 swimming pools, including one especially for children with a water slide beside it.
There is an onsite restaurant which provides breakfast, lunch and dinner and a little cafe for that cup of coffee or glass of wine. In peak season there is a children's club available for those needing a break.

Calpe itself is only 2 kilometres with a beautiful sandy beach and several climbing frames positioned along it, as well as rock pools for the crabbers among us.
There is the Rock of Ifach which is there to be climbed if you are feeling adventurous and several water sports available. If you are hungry there is an abundance of restaurants and cafes for all tastes and budgets.
Close by there is the Terra Mitica adventure theme park, the Aqualandia water park and Mundomar sea life park as well as local markets and shopping centres to enjoy.
