Dine Al fresco on the wooden decking 7.5m x 2.5m teak table, chairs & gas BBQ.

Gastes Nr Parentis en Born

The site at Gastes near Parentis en Born is on the edge of Lake Biscarrosse with its own on-site sandy beach and surrounded by pine trees.
If you can tear yourself away from the site then you have two gorgeous sandy beaches and great surf at Mimizan and Biscarrosse Plage both approximately 13 miles away.
If you drive up towards Arcachon then you can visit the ‘Dune du Pyla’ the largest sand dune in Europe, stretching nearly two miles and 117m high, you will be amazed at the spectacular views across the bay of Arcachon and the Landes forest.
At Arcachon there is a superb Zoo to visit spread over 14 hectares with over 100 big cats and the largest bear pit in Europe, near by is the Aqualand water park with it’s huge water chutes, river rapids and wave pools great for all the family. There is always the huge forest mile after mile of pines known as Les Landes which is great for bike rides, horse riding or just walking and exploring.
