A luxurious and spacious villa in Protaras is in a stunning position, in a secluded location, only 2km to Protaras and a few minutes drive to Fig Tree Bay.
It has a large kidney shaped pool and four bedrooms which will sleep a maximum of 10 people including sofabeds.

Location

The villa is set in a large plot with large kidney shaped pool and immaculate landscaped gardens. It is set in the hills above Protaras and is in the Nature Reserve which overlooks the resort of Protaras. It is a tranquil setting with stunning views. An ideal place to get away from it all.

Protaras

The resort of Protaras has some of Cyprus's most beautiful beaches including Fig Tree Bay.

Water sports are always available and during the evening there is the Magic Waters attraction or just wander the streets or harbour absorbing all the sights and sounds after enjoying a meal in one of the many restaurants.

Paralimni is a nearby traditional Cypriot town which is open all year round; it even has a very small Marks & Spencers!

Paralimni has some unusual shops and an interesting town square. There are many tavernas and cafes where you can sit outside and watch the world go by.

Ayia Napa is 10 minutes drive away and is one of the larger resorts in Cyprus, it's always full of life with plenty to see and do, and there is a fantastic Water Park just outside the town.
There is a very nice old harbour area, with plenty of fish tavernas.

If you are looking for night life this is the place to go. This area has some lovely sandy beaches.
