The property is located in Ayia Thekla, a two minute drive is the famous Waterworld at Ayia Napa and the quiet sandy beach at Ayia Thekla which is ideal for children. The busy resort of Ayia Napa and the beautiful Nissi Beach are about 6km away.
A small supermarket is within 1 km open 7 days a week.

Ayia Thekla (nr. Ayia Napa)

In Ayia Napa you will find the old harbour area with its fish tavernas, an abundance of shops, the picturesque monastery, and of course a buzzing nightlife.

The quieter resort of Protaras with the stunning Fig Tree bay is 10km away. The traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni is also about 10 km. and has interesting shops, tavernas and a pretty town square where you can sit in one of the cafes and watch the world go by.
